Set Up and Tear Down
Thunderhead Racing and Promotions Inc. provides full set-up and tear-down services for all events. Pricing dependent upon logistics and size of the event.

Transportation
Transportation costs are $1.00 per kilometre plus GST for all out-of-town events. Thunderhead Racing is based in Calgary, Alberta.

Accommodations
It is the responsibility of the event host to provide accommodation for the Thunderhead Racing set-up crew at all out-of-town events.

Travel Expenses
Travel expense fee is $200.00 per day, per staff/person, based on up to 8 hours of travel time and time away. Travel expenses apply for the day of transporting staff to the event and the return trip home.

Staff Meals
Alliance Entertainment Services will charge $25.00 per person/per meal while staff members are away.

Labour Fee
An additional labour charge is necessary only in the event that the room provided by our client is not readily accessible from the main loading dock, thus requiring additional labour. If it is agreed that a labour fee is required, the fee will be based on hiring local employees strictly for unloading and transporting the track from the truck to the event location.
