Set up and Tear down
Alliance Entertainment Services provides full set-up and tear-down for all events. Pricing depends on the logistics of the event and the number of games.
Transportation
Transportation costs are $1.00 per kilometre plus GST for all out-of-town events. Alliance Entertainment Services is based in Calgary, Alberta.
Accommodations
It is the responsibility of the event host to provide accommodations for the Alliance Entertainment Services set-up crew at all out of town events.
Travel Expenses
The travel expense fee is $200.00 per day, per person (fee includes meals and time away). Travel expenses apply for the day of transporting staff to the event and the return trip home.
Event Day Meals
Alliance Entertainment Services will charge $25.00 per person, per meal, during the event date only. This is to cover the expense of feeding personnel associated with the set-up and operation of the event.
Labour Fee
An additional labour charge is necessary only in the event that the room provided by our client is not readily accessible from the main loading dock, thus requiring additional labour. If it is agreed that a labour fee is required, the fee will be based on hiring local employees strictly for unloading and transporting equipment from the truck to the event location.
